Through our Youth Programs, RMYC provides leadership and hands-on workforce experience for youth ages 14-18. Participants provide service to our public lands through campground maintenance, weeding, trail work, restoration, fence building and removal, gardening, and other conservation-based projects across North West Colorado each year. RMYC offers a diverse set of skills training opportunities including trail work, environmental restoration, and wildlife habitat management. Youth can expect to be working outside 6-8 hours a day, in a variety of weather conditions.
