Protein powder has allowed the Iguana crew to make insane gains. The biggest challenge was hauling fourteen 300 pound stringers. The amount of raw strength our crew put out to move those up the steep incline was incredible to see and work with. I’m at RMYC this season for the gains. I’ve met all of my crew this season and each and every one has inspired me. Learning different backgrounds and where people have come from and being able to bond with them and make great friendships is something that I’ll always value and be thankful for.
